Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, you may return items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

• The product arrived damaged, or
• Items were missing from your order.

In those cases, PMXBOARD will provide a return shipping label at no cost.

Return Conditions

• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and complete with all original contents.
• If any parts or contents are missing, PMXBOARD reserves the right to deduct the value of the missing items from the refund amount.
• If a product was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged items.
  

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
